This training lasted for 5 days, with 20 themed courses of various sizes. It comprehensively covered topics such as visiting and teaching, corporate culture, and product knowledge. Detailed and standardized standard operating procedures for in vitro mouse embryo testing and animal feeding were developed and strictly followed, providing a strict and standardized in vitro mouse embryo quality control system for the company's entire assisted reproductive product line.

In order to make the training more practical, we have specially invited 11 personnel from different positions in the company to conduct hands-on internal training, demonstrating and teaching from various dimensions such as structure, system, process, finance, quality control, sales skills, and product knowledge.
